Maine GOP Election Integrity Program
The RNC continues to strengthen and expand its election integrity program as we prepare for the 2026 midterms and 2028 presidential election. This is a comprehensive, nationwide effort built on legal action, grassroots engagement, and operational discipline.
The legal team is actively engaged in over 130 election integrity lawsuits across more than 30 states, focused on key issues including:
Enforcing voter ID laws
Preventing non-citizen voting
Securing mail-in ballot processes
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date voter rolls
These efforts are designed to uphold election laws, ensure consistency across states, and reinforce public confidence in the electoral process.
