The Maine Policy Institute will detail the radical spending increases and expansion of government seen under Gov. Janet Mills. The Institute will provide a history on Maine's budget, analyze the governor's proposal for the next biennium, and share details of the new Maine Policy Budget blueprint, Maine Policy's alternative vision for fiscal discipline and economic growth in Maine.
